Monthly Membership Policy

To purchase a Platinum Car Wash membership plan, you must provide a Payment Method.

Platinum Car Wash Memberships are 6 Month Minimum Memberships

You authorize us to charge the current Payment Method associated to your membership plan(s) fees, which will be automatically charged on a monthly basis.  You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your membership account we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you additional fees.

Automatic Billing Cycle:

The fee for the Platinum Car Wash membership plan you purchase, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your Platinum Car Wash Membership plan, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged monthly to your Payment Method on the day of month on which you signed up for the plan.

Updating or Cancellation of Your Payment Method:

To update your Payment Method, please provide the details to the associate at the time of service being provided.  You may also send an email to: info@platinumcarwashfl.comto request a call-in order to provide your new Payment Method over the phone.  We do not make any changes to your membership account unless you are at the physical location, or you request a call back by one of our representatives.

To Cancel Your Platinum Car Wash Membership:

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR PLATINUM CAR WASH MEMBERSHIP PLAN SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE MONTHLY PLAN.  THE VEHILCE IDENTIFED WITH THE CANCELLED MEMBERHIP PLAN WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE CAR WASH SERVICES THROUGH THE END OF ITS BILLING PERIOD.  TO CANCEL, GO ONLINE AT PLATINUMCARWASHFL.COM OR EMAIL: INFO@PLATINUMCARWASHFL.COMAND REQUEST TO CANCEL YOUR MEMEBERSHIP.

FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF SUCH REQUEST: FIRST AND LAST NAME, PC# OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP LABEL AND DATE OF YOUR RQUEST.

WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY CANCELLATION VIA PHONE, HANDWRITTEN NOTES LEFT WITH EMPLOYEES OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION.
